Troop Registration
Checklist for entering and
turning in registration forms:
• Pick up your troops registration packet from
registrar.
• Distribute forms to troop members to be filled
out and returned.
• Deposit all cash and checks received.
• Separate carbons of each form.
• Put white & yellow copies of forms in
alphabetical order with adults first and girls
second.
• Enter each form (adults first) into E-council
system.
• When entering is complete, print out E-council
dues summary page.
• Balance E-council summary page with dues
summary page you fill out by hand and deposit
slips.
• Return completed packet to registrar.
A completed packet consists of the following:
---printed E-council dues summary
---at least 2 copies of validated deposit slips
---white and yellow copies of hand written dues
summary
---all white and yellow copies of all
registration forms
